Celebrate with me!

We're celebrating in our house! We have two award winners!

Madeline competed on Saturday in a state competition, and her team took first place in two different categories! And in the second one, she didn't drop that baton--not once!

And then Daniel went to his track meet on Tuesday night anbd took 3rd place in the 800 meter run! Whoo hoo!

I used to be a fitness instructor, and that was really fun! Then I was a public safety dispatcher, and it was really an intriguing job. Next I helped manage a supermarket, and that was fun too! I am presently a police dispatcher and LOVE it! But even more important than my career is my family. I've been married to my best friend and sweetheart for 20 wonderful years! We have a 17 y/o son Daniel, a 11 y/o daughter Madeline, and a 7 y/o son Malachi. They give my life lots of joy! And last but certainly not least (most important!) is my walk with God. I'm certainly not perfect, but I strive every day to be more like Jesus, and God is still working on me. : )
