Yay!

I pushed the envelope again, but I think this may be my top level for a bit . . .
Walked: 4.7 miles
Jogged: 3.5 miles
Total: 8.2 miles.
I jogged 3 miles straight, so that was a first for me. Go me! : )
Fitday says I burned 540 calories. Does that sound right?

Comments:
No that is not even 2 candy bars...that much movement should easily be three candy bars, a real coke and a hot fudge sundae.

Did I mention I have a sugar addiction?

Good for you!! Is this just normal Susie steps or a new thing? I need to know as I am trying not to hate you...JK!!
 
Call me! I'll walk with you or walk at the same time you jog... I just HATE running!
 
I think I would rather donate a kidney that jog 3 miles.....the walking is OK,


BUT YAY YOU!!!
